"We are having some issues with dogs in the cemetery.  Their owners are there, but they have the dogs off-leash and pottying at will.  Do any of you have brilliant signage that works?  They are not shamed when one speaks to them and I am uneasy about using the old ghost defense.  I would love some input!  We would prefer avoiding a law change.
